Healthcare Specialist (FaGe) - Somatics or Dementia 40-90% (a) YOUR TASKS * You accompany our customers in their familiar home and support them in shaping their everyday life as self-determined as possible. * You undertake nursing and caregiving tasks and build trusting relationships with customers and relatives. * You work independently and are at the same time part of a team that supports each other and exchanges professional knowledge. * You coordinate closely with nursing specialists as well as other internal and external specialist agencies and contribute to holistic care * You document your assignments digitally and ensure a professional flow of information.
