Your role
Do you want to not only lead projects, but shape an entire business field? Based on our experience as general planners in building and bridge construction, you will help build up our infrastructure construction division and give it a face. You will take over the engineering-led overall management of complex infrastructure projects in the transport and energy sectors, lead interdisciplinary teams and act as the central contact person for clients and authorities. With entrepreneurial flair, you will sustainably anchor our infrastructure competence in the market.
The position is possible at our location in Zürich or Chur.
Your tasks
Engineering-led overall management of infrastructure projects according to SIA 103 in the areas of transport and energy
Establishment and further development of the infrastructure construction business field, including standards, processes and organization
Responsibility for costs, schedules and quality across all project phases
Leadership of the planning team as well as management of external specialist planners and specialists
Central contact person for clients, offices and project participants
Market development: identify target customers, build up acquisitions and references as well as maintain partner networks
Your profile
Degree as a civil engineer ETH/FH ideally supplemented by a CAS ETH in Infrastructure Construction Management (D-BAUG) or equivalent training
Several years of experience in the overall management of demanding infrastructure projects
Sound knowledge of SIA service models, especially SIA 103
Experience in leading interdisciplinary teams and in working with clients, authorities and entrepreneurs
Entrepreneurial thinking and enjoyment in building up a business field
Very good German skills in spoken and written
