Team Leader Accounts Receivable / Debt Collection Permanent position Stadtspital Zürich For the Nebenbücher department at the Triemli location, we are looking for a committed and resilient personality as of 1.11.26 or by arrangement. Tasks You ensure proper accounts receivable accounting including debt collection. You assume responsibility and leadership for the 4 employees in accounts receivable / debt collection. Your main tasks include the posting of financial accounting transactions in the area of accounts receivable, the monitoring of the dunning process incl. debt collection activities, and ensuring a regular accounts receivable closing (monthly closing as well as annual closing). Furthermore, your tasks include actively driving IT solutions in the area of accounts receivable and project work to improve accounts receivable processes. Profile Commercial apprenticeship or business school and a degree at University of Applied Sciences level and/or federal diploma (eidg. FA) Accounting Clerk Experience in accounts receivable accounting (experience in the healthcare sector is an advantage) Good leadership qualities and a confident appearance Humanity and humor Very good MS Office knowledge, especially MS Excel, SAP as well as IT affinity Flexible and resilient personality with a conscientious way of working We offer We offer you more than just a job!
