Management of reform and transformation projects at Sekundarstufe II and tertiary levels, combined with teaching and consulting activities Management of courses in the areas of coaching and consulting, incl. teaching activities Support of offer and curriculum development processes Acquisition of process support and continuing education Collaboration in R&D projects What you bring with you. University degree with a consecutive Master's degree in the field of social sciences and humanities, psychology, or a related discipline Teaching experience at Sekundarstufe II and tertiary levels MAS or comparable continuing education/specialization in the field of coaching or organizational consulting (bso recognized degree an advantage) Experience in project management Willingness to work interdisciplinary What will inspire you.
