Business Analyst / Business Engineer (m/f/d) mobile Banking /100%/ Zürich
Project: For an established financial company, we are looking for 2 experienced Senior Business Analyst / Business Engineer for the further development and operation of modern Mobile Apps with a focus on Mobile Banking.
You work as an integral part of an interdisciplinary product team and accompany topics from the initial problem statement through solution development to successful implementation. In doing so, you bring together customer needs, functional and regulatory requirements, as well as technical possibilities.

Tasks:

• Analysis and structuring of customer needs, functional requirements and complex problem statements
• Development and evaluation of solution variants together with Product Owners, Engineering, Testing, UX/UI and functional specialists
• Specification of requirements using User Stories, acceptance criteria, process models, mock-ups and functional concepts
• Preparation and moderation of workshops and functional coordination
• Active stakeholder management between Business and IT
• Support during Discovery, User Research, Prototyping and validation of solution ideas
• Accompanying requirements from the problem statement through implementation to successful introduction
• Support with Testing, UAT, error analysis and quality assurance
• Identification of improvement potentials in products, processes and cooperation
• Constructive questioning of existing solutions and contribution of own ideas

Requirements:

• Several years of experience as a Business Analyst / Business Engineer in digital product environments
• Sound knowledge in Business Analysis, Requirements Engineering and agile methods (Scrum/Kanban)
• Experience in interdisciplinary product teams as well as strong stakeholder and communication skills
• Proficient in handling User Stories, acceptance criteria, Backlog Refinement, BPMN/UML and UAT
• Experience with digital products and ideally Mobile Apps / Mobile Banking
• Knowledge of JIRA and Confluence
• Ability to structure complex and unclear problem statements and independently develop solution variants
• Initiative, curiosity and solution-oriented way of working
• Experience in banking, finance or regulated environments is an advantage

• German: business fluent C2
• English: nice to have
