Have you already been able to gain initial experience in the field of product management or payment transactions after your training? Are product development and its impact on business results your passion? Are you interested in the future development of payment transactions? Then our Product Management team wants to hear from you! We are an ambitious, dynamic team responsible for developing various solutions for the Swiss financial center. As a Product Manager, you are part of the Product Management for the payment platform SIC and ensure that our systems are available to banks in Switzerland at all times and process millions of transactions efficiently every day. In an interdisciplinary team and in interaction with internal and external stakeholders, you contribute to ensuring that Switzerland has globally leading solutions in payment processing and is developing in large steps towards «instant payments» in a modern way. These are your tasks ## • You move within the banking community, develop viable solutions with internal departments or in working groups, and communicate your own positions clearly. • Conception of functions as well as the further development of existing solutions. • Creation of business concepts for strategic product development. • Accompanying the IT teams in the development and implementation phase of products and product extensions in the role as Product Manager. • Elaboration of decision-making bases regarding product developments for working groups This is what you bring with you ## • Strongly developed conceptual ability and pleasure in communicating conceived solutions as well as driving implementation. • Strong communication and presentation skills as well as the talent to create consensus regarding solutions. • Good stakeholder management skills to promote cooperation with internal and external stakeholders. • Experience in the field of digital solutions in payment transactions; experience as a Product Manager is an advantage. • Very good German and English skills in spoken and written form.
