Tasks

• Working on the habilitation
• Teaching activities as well as other teaching-related tasks in modules for vocational and continuing education
• Supervision and assessment of student work / exams
• Publication and presentation activities
• Assumption of coordinating and organizational work at the chair

Profile

• Doctorate in Educational Science
• Interest in the further development of your scientific profile in the field of employment-related education / continuing education and interest in developing your own research projects in this subject area
• Sound knowledge of empirical research methods (qualitative and / or quantitative) and experience in conducting research projects
• Experience in the independent conception and implementation of teaching courses
• High affinity for theoretical issues at the intersection of education, work and society
• Openness to international and interdisciplinary perspectives
• Very good German and English skills as well as willingness to use both languages as working languages
• Knowledge of vocational and continuing education in Switzerland or the willingness to acquire it
