Your role:

You will be directly involved in all aspects of the sales cycle, working closely with our candidates and clients in the Swiss market. Following a comprehensive training program we will develop your skills and competence, ultimately leading to the role of Recruitment Consultant. You will achieve this through:

• Market and database research to identify suitable candidates in Switzerland and internationally
• Approach, selection and qualification of candidates
• Active involvement in sales tasks
• Developing and maintaining relationships with both candidates and clients

On your skills and background:

As a successful candidate you should possess the following attributes:

• Outstanding interpersonal skills and persuasive personality
• Higher education degree
• Active interest in IT, Financial, Pharma or Engineering services industry
• Excellent communication skills in English are essential; proficiency in German and/or French is considered an advantage
• Professional attitude and strong ethics
• Entrepreneurial, “can-do” attitude & natural sales drive
• Initiative and motivation to take responsibility for your work
