Directly on behalf of our client, a leading company in special plant construction for public facilities based in the Zurich area, we are looking for a committed and entrepreneurial personality for the newly founded branch in French-speaking Switzerland for the position as:

Allrounder and Jr. Project Manager F/M 80-100% #

Our client stands for high-quality, modular solutions in the field of urban furniture, lighting, orientation, and mobility systems that create identity, safety, and quality of life in public spaces. This exciting key role is aimed at a person with practical skill, organizational talent, and an entrepreneurial mindset who enjoys building structures and taking on responsibility. As an allrounder with project management tasks and deputy to the branch manager, you will contribute significantly to the further development and positioning of the location in French-speaking Switzerland. You combine technical know-how with a strong sense of customer relations and act as an interface between the construction site, planning, sales, and company management. In doing so, you take over the management and coordination of demanding projects in public spaces, advise and accompany customers from the offer to the final acceptance, plan sales promotions, and maintain long-term customer relationships.

To fill this versatile position optimally, you bring a completed basic technical training (e.g., in the field of metal construction, construction, electrical, or similar) as well as further technical or commercial training. You can already demonstrate several years of professional practice in a similar function as well as experience in project management, construction coordination, or technical sales. In addition, you are characterized by an exact, independent, and proactive way of working and possess strong organizational talent. You bring very good German and French language skills and are proficient in the use of CAD (SolidWorks is an advantage) as well as digital tools (MS Office). You know how to take responsibility, set priorities, and think holistically about projects – from the idea to the implementation. In doing so, you remain pragmatic, solution-oriented, and close to the action.
