For the Swiss team, we are looking for a technically strong personality who understands ventilation, takes responsibility, and enjoys working close to the customer.

Area Sales Manager Mobile Climate, Cooling & Heating 100 % (m/f/d) German-speaking Switzerland & Ticino

Tasks:

You take over your market and actively develop it further:

• Active new customer acquisition and expansion of the existing network
• Support and development of existing and key accounts
• Acquisition of new projects in industry, pharma, data center, construction, and event
• Consulting and dimensioning of temporary climate, cooling, heating, and ventilation solutions
• Preparation of offers, price negotiation, and successful contract conclusion
• Coordination of projects with technology, service, and logistics
• Identifying new market opportunities and applications
• Maintenance of CRM, pipeline, and forecast

Profile:

• Experience in technical B2B/B2C sales, ideally HVAC, building technology, refrigeration technology, construction machinery rental, or industry
• An existing network in Switzerland is a great advantage
• Enjoyment of active new customer acquisition and a strong will to close deals
• Good technical understanding and a solution-oriented mindset
• Communicative, team-oriented, and entrepreneurial personality
• Very good German, English skills; Italian or French is an advantage
• Driver's license Cat. B and enjoyment of field service
