Your contribution counts: As Team Leader Building Services HVAC, you will take on a key role in the further development of our company. You will promote talents, strengthen the technical competence of your team, support the acquisition of new projects, and actively contribute to sustainably expanding our market position.

These are your tasks ##

• Technical and personnel leadership as well as further development of a motivated HVAC team
• Promotion of open, performance-oriented, and cross-team collaboration; responsibility for the successful planning and realization of demanding HVAC projects
• Active maintenance and further development of customer relationships as well as support in the acquisition of new projects
• Participation in market activities, customer events, offers, and presentations
• Promotion of technical know-how within the team and active participation in shaping our further education and development culture
• Ensuring quality, deadlines, costs, and resources within your area of responsibility
• Close cooperation with interdisciplinary teams from building services, electrical, building automation, building physics, and other specialist departments
• Representation of our company towards clients, planners, and partners

What you bring with you ##

• Completed studies as an HVAC engineer FH or a comparable education with corresponding professional experience
• Several years of experience in the planning and realization of demanding building services projects
• Initial leadership experience or the motivation to take the next career step towards team leadership
• Entrepreneurial thinking as well as strong customer and service orientation
• Joy in promoting employees and achieving successes together
• Confident appearance and stylish communication towards customers and project partners
• Interest in innovations, sustainable solutions, and the further development of building services
• Very good German skills in speaking and writing
• Good knowledge of common planning and BIM tools such as Revit as well as MS Office
