Medical Technology Administrator, 50 %

For medical technology, we are looking for an engaged, service-oriented and technically interested personality, per immediately or by arrangement, who contributes to the smooth operation of our medical technology through organizational talent, initiative and enjoyment of interdisciplinary cooperation.

Tasks ##

• You support medical technology in all administrative and organizational processes surrounding the lifecycle of medical technology systems.
• You coordinate service, maintenance and repair appointments with internal specialist departments as well as external service providers.
• You process invoices, orders and requirements and maintain device documentation in the corresponding systems.
• You create and maintain forms, process documentation, protocols and manuals.
• You support procurements, inventories
• You are the contact person for external partners and support the medical technology employees in administrative day-to-day business.

Profile ##

• You have completed commercial training with a technical connection.
• You work in a structured manner, think in a process-oriented way and maintain an overview even with various tasks.
• You bring very good German skills as well as good English skills.
• You have very good MS Office skills and quickly familiarize yourself with new systems.
• Ideally, you have experience in a technical environment - knowledge in the hospital sector is a plus.
• You are service-oriented, communicative and enjoy working with different stakeholders.
