We are looking for our client, an exciting real estate company in the investment sector with a growth strategy in Zürich, as of immediately or by arrangement, an experienced and committed Real Estate Accountant ### #### Tasks & Challenges • Independent management of several real estate accounts • Processing of accounts payable and accounts receivable • Preparation of heating and service charge statements • VAT returns • Dunning management • Close cooperation with real estate managers • Support in the further development of processes Qualifications & Competencies • Commercial training • Further training as an accounting clerk or federal diploma in finance and accounting is an advantage • 2-3 years of experience in real estate accounting • Networked and analytical way of thinking • Communicative and solution-oriented • Interest in proactively improving processes • Proficient IT skills • Native German language Opportunities & Perspectives Our client offers a dynamic environment in which you can take on responsibility and further develop your position with a high degree of personal responsibility.
