For the Zentrale Medizinische Dienste department at the Triemli location, we are looking for a committed individual as of 1 December 2026 or by arrangement.

Tasks

• You record patient and questionnaire data for primary hip and knee prostheses in the Schweizerisches Implantat-Register (SIRIS)
• You ensure that data is only recorded if registration consent is present
• You check the completeness of consents as well as pre- and postoperative patient questionnaires
• You create evaluations and overviews per surgeon including response rates
• You regularly check the recorded data and reconcile it with the procedures performed
• You create monthly lists for 1-year follow-ups and report process deviations to the specialist office

Profile

• Maturity certificate or commercial basic training
• Good Excel skills and IT affinity
• Very precise and reliable way of working
• Independent and structured work organization
• Responsible, discreet, and flexible personality
