Committed high school graduates (Maturandinnen und Maturanden) have the opportunity, as part of the two-year PWA training, to complete a versatile practical training at our headquarters at Paradeplatz in Zürich. PWA Internship in the field of Mortgages and Real Estate (March 2027) What to expect from us * Your economic training starts on 01 March 2027 and lasts 24 months. In the first six months, you will attend the Kaderschule Zürich with a focus on economics, finance and communication. Subsequently, you will work for 18 months at the HypothekenZentrum AG. Upon successful completion, you will receive the diploma Wirtschaftsfachfrau/Wirtschaftsfachmann KSZH. What you bring with you * You have completed the Matura, are enthusiastic about financial topics and are looking for an entry into the banking industry. * You are communicative, open and motivated and bring a flair for numbers. * Flawless communication in German, both written and spoken, very good Swiss German skills are an advantage. * Motivation to work in a young, dynamic and service-oriented team.
