Project:
For our client from the financial sector, we are looking for an experienced Security Architect (m/f/d) who is responsible for security architectures in the environment of Generative AI and Cloud and develops future-proof guardrails, access, and monitoring concepts for complex application landscapes. (Reference number: 925292MC)

Tasks:

• Conception, design, and further development of security architectures for generative AI platforms (LLM, RAG, AI Agents) in cloud environments
• Development of guardrails, access & authorization concepts, as well as monitoring and logging approaches for complex, distributed applications
• Assessment and securing of use cases in the field of Generative AI with regard to risks such as Prompt Injection, Jailbreaking, Data Leakage, and unauthorized knowledge aggregation
• Advising project teams, Product Owners, and management on security issues surrounding AI, Cloud, and application security
• Definition of security standards, guidelines, and best practices, as well as collaboration in the creation of architecture and security documentation
• Support with risk analyses, Threat Modelling, and security reviews of AI and cloud solutions
• Close cooperation with Cloud Engineering, Development, Risk Management, and Compliance

Requirements:

• At least 5 years of experience as a Security Architect in complex corporate environments
• Demonstrable experience in the development of guardrails, access and authorization concepts, as well as monitoring/logging strategies for complex applications
• Very good knowledge of relevant generative AI security concepts, Prompt Injection, Jailbreaking, Data Leakage, or unauthorized knowledge aggregation
• At least 2 years of practical experience with AI technologies (LLM platforms, RAG architectures, AI Agents, Machine Learning Services)
• Sound experience with security in cloud environments (AWS, Azure or GCP: Identity & Access Management, network security, logging/monitoring, compliance)
• Ability to prepare technical security topics in a target-group-oriented manner and formulate clear, actionable architecture specifications
• Team-oriented, proactive, and structured way of working as well as high personal responsibility
• English: very good written and spoken (at least level C1, project-relevant)
• German: very good written and spoken (at least level C1, project-relevant)

Nice-to-Have:

• Experience with security of LLM or RAG platforms or AI Agents in production environments
• Project or line experience in the financial sector (banks, insurance, asset management)
• Experience with regulatory requirements (FINMA, DORA, GDPR) in connection with Cloud and AI
• Relevant certifications (CISSP, CCSP, Azure/AWS Security, AI-specific certificates)
