In the area of administrative and social buildings, we are looking for an experienced Project Manager for the Projects department

Tasks ##

• You will take on the role of Project Management Owner Representation in maintenance, renovation, and new construction projects.
• You will actively advise and represent tenants and users towards the commissioning partners during the entire project and execution phase and coordinate the needs and requirements of the users.
• You are responsible for the timely procurement of the decision-making bases for the credit applications.
• You monitor and control quality, costs, and deadlines using project management and controlling.

Profile ##

• Specialist with project experience in the construction industry (e.g., architect, engineer, real estate fiduciary), with specialization in business administration and/or project management
• Several years of practical experience as a Project Manager Owner Representation, preferably: in interdisciplinary projects with professional institutions as tenants or users in the area of office use with modern working methods such as desk-sharing etc.
• Strong in implementation/assertion, sense for pragmatic solutions
• Winning, convincing and socially competent personality with negotiation skills, who remains calm even in difficult situations
• High degree of personal responsibility, initiative and independence
