Your area of responsibility:
You advise and support Swiss and international banks, insurance companies, other financial service providers, as well as companies and institutional as well as private investors in a wide spectrum of demanding mandates. Your area of activity specifically includes:
Financing, capital markets, regulatory, and corporate law issues, including bond issuances and Regulatory Matters
Active participation in complex transactions
Close and interdisciplinary cooperation with colleagues from the areas of Corporate/M&A as well as Tax
Your profile:
You have an above-average academic track record and are characterized by a high level of commitment as well as intellectual curiosity. In addition, you bring:
Ideally initial professional experience in the field of Financial Services
Strong analytical skills, structured thinking, and a solution-oriented way of working
Team spirit, loyalty, and a strong sense of responsibility
Very good English skills in speaking and writing
