Construction Manager / Project Manager Civil Engineering (m/f/d) 70–100 %

Our client is an established engineering and planning company in the Zurich area that realizes demanding infrastructure and civil engineering projects. The projects range from municipal roads and cantonal transport projects to complex infrastructure ventures and contribute directly to the further development of the regional infrastructure. Depending on your experience and interests, you will take on responsibility in construction or project management and work on various civil engineering and road construction projects. Your tasks: Independent management and coordination of civil engineering and road construction projects across various project phases Responsibility for planning, organization, and implementation of the projects in terms of quality, costs, and deadlines Leadership and coordination of project teams (engineers, technical employees, draftsmen) as well as cooperation with external partners Development of technical solutions as well as creation of planning documents, cost estimates, and tender documents Support or execution of tenders (NPK) as well as participation in award processes Collaboration or assumption of tasks in construction management during the realization phase Coordination with authorities, clients, contractors, and specialist planners Organization and leadership of project meetings as well as ensuring smooth project execution Your profile: Several years of professional experience in civil engineering or road construction Training in civil engineering (e.g., civil engineer, technician HF, construction manager or comparable) Experience in project development, construction management, or project management is an advantage Knowledge in the area of tendering, cost planning, and construction sequence planning Confident handling of industry-standard planning and project management tools Very good German skills in speaking and writing Independent, structured, and solution-oriented way of working Team player personality with organizational strength and sense of responsibility What our client offers: Exciting and varied infrastructure projects High level of personal responsibility and scope for design Collaboration in a motivated and interdisciplinary team Modern working conditions and development opportunities Flexible workload design from 70 % Have we piqued your interest?
