Area Manager Technics (m/f/d) As Area Manager Technics, you ensure the technical operational readiness of our studios in German-speaking Switzerland. You lead your team, control technical processes, and ensure smooth and economical operation together with internal and external partners. What you move You ensure the technical operational readiness of around 90 studios and guarantee smooth operation. You lead the Technics AF D\-CH area operationally and personally and specifically develop your team further. You control ticket management including prioritization, KPI monitoring, and escalations. You coordinate and monitor maintenance, upkeep, and repair work as well as technical functional controls. You are responsible for warranty monitoring, optimize processes, and ensure efficient cooperation with internal and external partners. You ensure economic control of the area and coordinate external service providers, maintenance contracts, as well as material and cleaning processes. You support recruitment, accompany new employees during onboarding, and ensure professional deployment planning. What you bring Education: Höhere Fachschule Specialization: completed basic technical training as well as further education at HF/FH level or a comparable qualification Professional experience: Several years of experience in the field of Facility Management, operations, or maintenance You bring several years of leadership experience in a technical environment, ideally in the field of Facility Management, operations, or maintenance. You think entrepreneurially, act in a solution-oriented manner, and convince with a structured and independent way of working. You communicate clearly, enjoy working with various stakeholders, and appear confident and binding. You have experience in dealing with key figures, processes, and digital tools.
