Claims & Office Services Manager Heilungskosten (80-100%)
Your tasks
Examination of outpatient UVG healing cost invoices regarding medical causality as well as compliance with the applicable tariff bases (TARDOC) with subsequent release for payment or reasoned rejection
Examination of outpatient VVG healing cost invoices regarding coverage and obligation to provide benefits as well as subsequent release for payment or reasoned rejection
Coordination and cooperation with service providers and other stakeholders, such as doctors, hospitals, social insurances, and medical examiners
Written and telephone exchange with policyholders, insured persons, brokers, medical professionals, as well as internal departments
Further tasks according to the specifications of the supervisor or department head
Your profile
Basic training in the commercial or medical field
Proficient use of common information systems (MS Word, Excel)
Experience in examining outpatient healing cost invoices, knowledge in the inpatient area is an advantage; proficient use of common information systems (MS Word, Excel) as well as ideally experience with UVG- and KTG-software
Stylistically secure German, any further language (F/E/I) is an advantage
Independent, precise, and efficient way of working, combined with personal responsibility and flexibility
High customer orientation, reliability, and strong communication skills
