Social Worker

We are a non-profit organization in the field of outpatient medical care. With over 170 employees, we are one of the most significant institutions in Swiss addiction medicine. Thanks to our integrated care approach, we offer comprehensive treatment in the fields of psychiatry, psychotherapy, general internal medicine, infectiology, and social work. We accompany our patients respectfully and at eye level.

To strengthen our Social Work department, we are looking for you starting from 1.12.2026 or by arrangement: an engaged and humorous personality.

Your tasks:

• You are responsible for the counseling and support of our demanding patients in social questions and problem areas
• Implementation of individual case assistance
• Clarifications and interventions in the areas of securing existence, asserting social security claims, debt counseling, support in the administrative area, counseling and support in dealing with authorities, as well as reintegration measures
• Networking and cooperation with external specialist agencies

What you bring with you:

• Bachelor in Social Work as well as several years of professional experience in social work, preferably in clinical social work, as well as good knowledge of the Swiss social insurance system
• Openness and acceptance of our non-abstinence-oriented treatment offering
• Enjoyment of interdisciplinary cooperation in our teams
• Ability to work independently and autonomously and high flexibility as well as resilience
• Further education as a practical trainer is an advantage
• Good English skills and other foreign languages are an advantage
