• As Solution Unit Lead, you are responsible for the buildup, the strategic further development and the sustainable success of your Solution Unit and give your team a clear vision as well as ambitious goals.
• As a Business Builder, you develop the business in the area of AI & Data together with our Market Units, identify new market opportunities and continuously develop our offering and capability portfolio.
• You ensure that we have the right skills, people and innovations to successfully address current and future customer needs – and continuously develop the organization, employees and offering.
• You are closely networked with our customers, especially at C-Level, conduct strategic initial conversations and support presales and proposal processes.
• You are responsible for the optimal staffing of our projects, define the required PreSales resources, resolve resource conflicts and ensure excellent delivery together with Market Units and Engagement Leads.
• You take on project responsibility for strategically important customers and ensure that customer value, customer satisfaction and project margins are correct.
• You are responsible for the central key performance indicators of your Solution Unit.
• Several years of experience in the leadership and profit responsibility of a service, consulting or organizational unit, ideally with direct customer and business responsibility.
• You bring strong business builder and sales drive and have experience with proposal processes, tenders, standardization of offers as well as the development and expansion of IT service business.
• You are enthusiastic about the AI transformation of companies, possess technical basics regarding LLM and have the ambition to continuously engage with the latest AI and Microsoft technologies.
• You are a Servant Leader who empowers, develops and motivates people. At the same time, you can make clear decisions, take responsibility and provide orientation even in demanding situations.
• You possess strong communicative, analytical and conceptual skills, think strategically and can communicate confidently and convincingly at C-Level.
• You have experience as an Engagement Lead or escalation point in larger IT projects as well as in dealing with demanding stakeholders and projects.
• You think entrepreneurially and data-based, can make strategic decisions based on key figures and translate your vision into concrete goals for your Solution Unit.
• A university degree in BWL, Business Informatics, Computer Science or comparable training as well as fluent German and English complete your profile.
