Accounting & Analysis Specialist 80-100% (a), Zürich

Your tasks:

• Preparation of monthly and annual financial statements according to OR and Swiss GAAP FER, including the reconciliation of balance sheet accounts
• Reconciliation and plausibility check of balance sheet accounts and subsidiary ledgers including HR and payroll reconciliations
• Analysis and review of the prepared financial statements for plausibility
• Ensuring data quality for all companies in the group
• Support with tax matters and payroll reconciliations
• Participation in IKS controls as well as in process documentation in quality management
• Optimization of the defined processes and support in the further development of administrative workflows
• Participation in projects and integration of new operations
• Creation of analyses and reportings

Your profile:

• You have a commercial basic education with further training as a specialist in finance and accounting
• Several years of accounting experience in a comparable function
• Excel and Powerpoint expert, very good knowledge of SAP ERP FI / Modul
• Sound knowledge of the Swiss Code of Obligations (OR) and the Swiss GAAP FER accounting standards
• Very good German skills, as well as English and/or French skills
• With your flexible and exact way of working, you work independently on your tasks
• You have a quick grasp and score with your analytical thinking skills
