Personal Assistant 60% In this exciting and varied function, you are responsible for personnel-related matters in cooperation with the owner and the management: Entire personnel administration: entries and exits, sickness and accident reports, employment contracts and employment references Support in personnel search Electronic management and administration of personnel files Creation of various statistics Support in the time tracking system Contact with authorities and social insurance providers You are a trustworthy, structured personality and ideally have training as a Personal Assistant with certificate and/or have several years of professional experience in this function. Preferably, you also bring knowledge from a service business. Furthermore, you possess high social competence and good communication skills. You are well-versed in labor and social insurance law and have German language skills in spoken and written at native level.
