WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR YOU

• Overall responsibility for budgeting, forecast preparation, and the strategic medium-term planning of Rheinmetall Air Defence AG
• Ensuring timely, quality-assured monthly, quarterly, and annual reporting
• In-depth analysis of cost structures and earnings development to identify deviations and drivers
• Ensuring seamless consistency between actual, forecast, and plan values; review and final approval of management reports, KPI analyses, and presentations for the executive management
• Ensuring high data quality in the ERP system (SAP) as well as the consistent compliance with and monitoring of controlling standards
• Proactive identification of efficiency and optimization potential within cost structures and operational processes
• Continuous further development of controlling methods, key indicator systems (KPIs), and modern reporting standards
• Targeted control and prioritization of ad-hoc analyses for management and adjacent departments
• Active participation in cross-departmental projects, transformation initiatives, and change processes

WHAT YOU SHOULD BRING

• Successfully completed studies with a focus on finance / controlling (university, FH) or a comparable higher qualification.
• Many years of sound professional experience in controlling, ideally with initial leadership experience or as a Senior Business Partner in an international environment.
• Very good knowledge of using ERP systems (especially SAP) as well as MS Office (especially Excel).
• Pronounced leadership and communication competence, strong analytical skills, and a confident appearance as a strategic partner to management.
