HR Specialist (f/m/d) 80-100%, Ref. 7215S Area of responsibility In this responsible and versatile position, you bear the HR responsibility for the institution. In doing so, you will undertake the following tasks: You handle the entire recruitment process and hiring process – from the job advertisement to the preparation of the contract, from employee onboarding to offboarding. You are the central point of contact for all employees regarding questions related to the HR area. From personnel law topics to insurance-related details, you provide competent information. You also participate supportively in employee appraisals. The payroll process is handled by you from A-Z. Timely and exact working is a matter of course for you. Salary-relevant data is always kept up to date by you. Your expertise is also required for project work. You participate in HR-specific as well as digitalization projects and create real added value in the process. Your strengths and experiences In addition to sound professional experience as an HR specialist, you bring relevant expertise regarding payroll accounting. You are characterized as follows: Several years of professional experience in human resources including payroll accounting (advantageously in the healthcare sector) Further training as an HR specialist with a federal diploma (eidg.
