Your tasks:

• Technical and personnel leadership of a division with up to 40 employees
• Deputy for the department head as well as responsibility for budget, quality, and economic efficiency
• Leadership, promotion, and further development of employees and project managers
• Planning, calculation, and tendering of demanding electrical projects
• Development of preliminary projects, concepts, cost estimates, and fee offers
• Examination of offers, monitoring of supplementary offers, and support in bidding decisions
• Care and further development of existing customer relationships as well as participation in the acquisition of new projects
• Continuous optimization of processes and active further development of your own division

Your profile:

• Electrical engineering background with further training as a Dipl. Elektroinstallations- und Sicherheitsexperte or a comparable higher professional education
• Several years of professional experience in electrical installation as well as experience in leading demanding projects
• Several years of leadership experience and enjoyment in motivating and developing people
• Entrepreneurial thinking as well as a structured, solution-oriented way of working
• Pronounced customer orientation, communication strength, and negotiation skills
• Organizational talent, decisiveness, and assertiveness
• Good knowledge of common MS Office applications as well as ideally experience with industry software
• Driver's license category B
