In the role as Team Leader Taxes, you take responsibility for a specialized team and are the central contact person for sales. Together, you ensure that our clientele is optimally supported in sensitive life phases and can rely on our expertise.

Your tasks

• Leading and developing an expert team of 3 employees
• Advising customers (natural and legal persons) in tax law, particularly on tax questions regarding succession arrangements, restructurings, and real estate transactions
• Exploiting existing business potential thanks to needs-oriented and comprehensive advice
• Responsibility for the further development of the tax advisory service and active participation in projects
• Representing and acting on behalf of the team internally and externally
• Acting as the central contact person for sales in all questions regarding taxes

Your profile

• Completed higher vocational training (dipl. Steuerexperte, MAS Taxation or similar)
• Several years of practical and independent advisory experience in corporate and real estate tax law after completion of vocational training
• Enjoyment of intensive collaboration with colleagues from other specialist departments
• High advisory competence in dealing with demanding customer situations and sensitive life phases
• Empathy, strong communication skills, and enjoyment in dealing with people characterize you
• With your winning, confident appearance, you motivate employees and lead them to success
• Very good German skills in speaking and writing, as well as good English skills are desirable; any additional language is an advantage
