Payroll Specialist (m/f) 80% - Fixed-term until August 2027

Fixed-term until August 2027 Your tasks • You independently manage and administer a fixed circle of employees (alphabetical assignment) from entry to exit in hourly and monthly wages. • We carry out the monthly payroll runs for all 3,000 employees together as a team - you ensure the error-free preparation of your circle. • You confidently juggle allowances, irregular shift models, and the correct processing of withholding taxes. • You maintain the personnel and payroll master data in our Hospis system and ensure high data quality. • After training in daily business, you actively participate in HR projects, question existing processes, and optimize our payroll processes. • You support the team at a professional level and act as a competent contact person for line managers regarding complex payroll questions. Your profile • You bring several years of sound experience in the payroll of a large company (ideally 1,500+ employees). Industry experience in healthcare is a plus, but not a must. • You are very familiar with Swiss social insurance law, withholding tax systems, as well as the UVG and KTG areas. Further HR training (e.g., HR-Fachausweis or Payroll Specialist) underpins your knowledge. • Ideally, you have already worked with Hospis or find your way quickly into new HR systems. • You have a strong IT affinity and are very proficient in using MS Excel for the structured and efficient preparation of data. • You think ahead, like to roll up your sleeves, bring a proactive mindset, and appreciate a dynamic, complex environment. Your salary ## Your gross salary for a 100% workload is expected to be between 90,000 and 110,000 Franken per year. The exact amount of salary depends on your education and professional experience. During the selection process, we will determine your salary based on our salary guidelines. Applicants who do not yet have the required knowledge or experience may, in individual cases, also be classified below the salary range.
