Field Service Engineer High Voltage

You install, maintain and repair electrical high voltage systems directly at customers in Switzerland and ensure their optimal availability.

Tasks

• Installation, commissioning, maintenance and repair of systems in the field of high voltage and power transmission
• Error analysis and troubleshooting on complex electrotechnical systems
• Creation of service reports and documentation after each assignment
• Advising customers on technical questions and optimization possibilities
• Training customer personnel in handling the systems
• Compliance with safety regulations and quality standards
• Participation in on-call service outside of regular working hours

Profile

• Completed technical training (e.g., electrician, electronics technician, automation technician) or degree in electrical engineering or energy technology
• Several years of professional experience in the service or maintenance of electrical systems, ideally in the energy industry
• Knowledge of high voltage technology, switchgear and control systems is an advantage
• Confident handling of measuring and testing devices
• Good German skills in speaking and writing as well as good English skills
• Valid driver's license category B
• Willingness for flexible working hours and travel within Switzerland and occasionally abroad
