You will help manage compliance risks and ensure adherence to regulatory requirements and internal policies in an environment where both English and German are used. Key responsibilities * Perform compliance monitoring and track follow-up actions. * Review cases involving potential compliance risks, document findings and escalate issues as appropriate. * Advise operational teams on the application of internal policies and procedures. * Help maintain compliance policies, procedures and training materials. * Monitor regulatory developments and assess their impact on business activities. * Prepare compliance reports and support audits and internal reviews. * Collaborate with Legal, Risk and operational teams in English and German. Your profile * University degree in Law, Finance, Economics or a related field. * Relevant experience in compliance, internal control, audit or risk management. * Good understanding of the Swiss regulatory environment and the ability to translate requirements into practical actions. * German: minimum B2 level required, both written and spoken. * English: professional proficiency, both written and spoken. * Strong analytical skills, attention to detail and the ability to manage competing priorities. * Effective communication skills and the ability to work independently. * Sound judgment and a high level of discretion when handling confidential information. * Available to start as soon as possible and commit until end of November 2026.  * SpeciTec SA Place de Pont-Rouge 1 1212 Grand-Lancy * [ ](< >) jpid1a8f76fjm jpit1042jm jpiy26jm
