Facility Manager Cleaning 50 % For our client, we are looking for a reliable and committed personality as a Facility Manager Cleaning (50 %). Working hours: We are looking for one person each for: • Morning shift: 08:00–12:00 • Evening shift: 17:00–21:00 Your tasks: • Personnel and technical leadership of the directly subordinate employees • Creation and coordination of the deployment planning • Contact person for employees, internal clients, and mandate management • Execution of internal cleaning inspections • Ensuring the agreed cleaning quality and customer satisfaction • Planning and execution of logistics • Procurement and management of working materials, machines, and equipment • Execution and organization of training in the area of cleaning quality • Participation in mandate implementations • Use of operational management and administration tools • Compliance with applicable safety, hygiene, and quality specifications Your profile: • Several years of professional experience in the cleaning industry • Experience in a comparable function and initial leadership experience is an advantage • Very good German language skills in speaking and writing • Additional language skills, especially Spanish, Italian, or Portuguese, are an advantage • Confident handling of cleaning machines and cleaning chemicals • Independent, reliable, and quality-conscious way of working • Service- and customer-oriented thinking and acting • Teamwork skills, sense of responsibility, and flexibility • Well-groomed appearance • Driver's license category B Start date: immediately or by arrangement Employment: permanent Workload: 50 %
