RESPONSIBILITIES AND TASKS

• Contract and profit and loss responsibility (P&L): budget, margin, invoicing, decisions on the scope of services as well as contract addenda.
• Central contact person for our customer: leading the monthly strategic meetings with our customer and strategic partners.
• Implementation steering: approval of the branch plan for each individual branch, sprints 0 to 6 as well as the go-live decision for each implementation package.
• Operational steering: weekly operational meetings at the regional level, daily coordination during the transition week as well as reallocation of resources if required.
• Personnel responsibility: recruitment and deployment planning of the dedicated team for sprint 0 as well as direct leadership of the seven planned positions.
• Quality and compliance: compliance with deadlines P1–P7, the Service-Level-Agreements (SLA) as well as the controls after seven and 30 days (J+7 / J+30). Ensuring compliance with the collective employment agreement (GAV), safety regulations and the specifications for subcontractors.
• Winter readiness: approval of the winter deployment plan including on-call service, snow removal and salt spreading as well as ensuring the switch to winter operations as of 1. November 2027.

SUCCESS CRITERIA

• Cumulative number of handed over branches per sprint: 17 · 77 · 130 · 170 · 230 · 243.
• Scheduling: deviation between calculated and actual working hours of less than 10 % after completion of the pilot project. Compliance with deadlines P1–P7 and the SLA, documented in ServiceChannel.
• Economic efficiency and billing: compliance with the budgeted margin and no billing disputes. Handover of the twelve-month report in April 2028.

REQUIRED PROFILE

• At least ten years of professional experience in Facility Management (FM) or in building cleaning with responsibility for several locations, of which at least five years in the management of key retail customers or branch networks.
• Experience in the implementation of a rollout with more than 100 locations, including personnel takeover and winter-related scope of services.
• Fluent German and French skills as well as good English skills in spoken and written form. Italian skills are an advantage.
• Confident handling of a client-side CAFM/CMMS system for the administration and steering of maintenance and facility management processes (ServiceChannel or equivalent).
• Strong leadership qualities on-site, negotiation skills and calmness as well as decision-making ability in critical transition phases.
