We advise private individuals and companies on all matters regarding money, manage assets, and offer attractive financial services. As we are growing strongly, we are looking for reinforcement at our headquarters at Paradeplatz in Zürich. Contact Center Employee (Standard German) What awaits you with us You contact our customers by telephone and arrange appointments with people who are interested in a consultation. You coordinate the appointments with our advisors. You are interested in financial matters and effectively apply the know-how that you build up and deepen with us in conversations. What you bring with you You are committed and goal-oriented and look forward to working in a young team. You speak accent-free Standard German. Ideally, you bring experience in customer contact or in the financial industry. What we offer you You will be carefully introduced to your tasks, professionally coached, and trained in conversation management. You work in an uncomplicated and open environment in a central location in Zürich. There is no home office possibility for this activity.
