Positioning Caregiver / Positioning Caregiver OR 100% Zürich

In the OR department of a Zurich private hospital, you ensure that patients are safely channeled, correctly positioned, and optimally prepared for surgery. By arrangement, we are looking for you as a positioning caregiver or positioning caregiver operating room at a workload of 100%. You will work in the interprofessional OR team and take responsibility from channeling to nursing documentation.

What awaits you in this responsible task

• You channel patients in and out of the OR department
• You prepare patients for surgery with catheterization, skin preparation, and professional positioning
• You prepare the necessary devices and materials and operate them professionally
• You assist in applying plaster and fixation bandages in the OR
• You document all nursing activities including performance recording

What you bring with you

• Several years of professional experience in the role of positioning caregiver
• Specialist course for surgical positioning is an advantage
• Readiness for weekend, on-call, and night shifts
• Very good German skills in speaking and writing
