Those living in modest economic circumstances receive a financial contribution towards the premiums for mandatory health insurance - the individual premium reduction.

After a sound professional introduction, you will dive into our core business. Do you enjoy working independently and want to take on responsibility? That is exactly what we expect from you in this role. From the receipt of the application for individual premium reduction to the correct calculation of the contribution and ensuring the payment to the health insurers, you support our customers in accordance with our corporate values. You also process change notifications, check training documents for young adults in training, and arrange the payment of lump-sum amounts for recipients of supplementary benefits. You appreciate oral and written contact with your customers, health insurers, and municipalities. You enjoy conveying legal foundations and connections in an understandable, courteous, and professional manner. One thing is certain - it will certainly never get boring for you with us as a customer advisor.

For this responsible task, you have a commercial vocational training. Alternatively, you have completed another apprenticeship with an EFZ diploma and supplemented it with further commercial training. In addition, you have already gained experience in an administrative role, preferably in an insurance environment.

You are a personality who likes to think ahead, takes action, and rises to their best in a dynamic environment. Personal responsibility and team spirit go hand in hand with you. Independent and efficient work is no problem for you, whether it concerns demanding tasks or routine work. You are open, proactive, skilled in communication, and enjoy working in a team. With your high customer and service orientation, you know how to specifically address the needs of your customers and competently answer both telephone and written inquiries. You think in networks and can deal flexibly with the challenges of a dynamic environment.
