Vocational Training Officer Bindella

Area of activity

• You strengthen the apprenticeship system at Bindella and expand it in a targeted manner in the coming years, especially in gastronomy
• You are responsible for and coordinate vocational training across all our apprenticeships and, together with HR, the Accademia di Bindella and the companies and departments, ensure excellent Bindella training
• You plan the apprenticeship requirements and coordinate recruitment, from advertising and trial days to career fairs and activities for recruiting young talent
• You accompany our apprentices from entry to the completion of their apprenticeship, conduct progress reviews, and support them with academic, personal, or operational challenges
• You advise and support our vocational trainers and organize training sessions as well as the exchange of experience
• You further develop our training concept and uniform quality standards and accompany the creation of new training positions as well as permits and certifications
• You design a company-wide accompaniment program with apprentice days, workshops, and joint activities that convey our values and strengthen cohesion
• You maintain the exchange with parents, schools, authorities, and educational partners and ensure the administration, scheduling, budget control, and reporting of vocational training

Profile

• Completed vocational training EFZ in gastronomy or hotel management as well as an initial qualification at the level of higher vocational education
• Experience in vocational training, in accompanying apprentices, and in HR, as well as good knowledge of the Swiss vocational training system
• Completed vocational trainer course or willingness to complete it; teaching experience and didactic training are an advantage
• Very good digital competencies, understanding of the digital learning world, as well as experience in project work and coordination
• Flawless German language skills; knowledge of another national language is an advantage
• Joy in working with young people, high social competence, as well as the ability to communicate empathetically, clearly, and reliably and to resolve conflicts constructively
• Strong organizational personality who acts independently and entrepreneurially, drives topics forward on their own initiative, brings different stakeholders together, and credibly lives our values
