As a legal counsel in the legal department of SVA Zurich, you are an important interlocutor. You advise and support our internal collaborators from the AI office as well as the compensation fund in all legal matters. Furthermore, you are a key interlocutor for our clients and provide specialized written and oral information. You handle opposition and appeal cases, draft legal documents for the competent judicial authorities (social insurance court, Federal Supreme Court, etc.) and are in contact with clients, lawyers, courts and insurances. You will convince us with your skills. You hold a university degree in law as well as several years of professional experience, preferably in the field of social insurance. You are an open-minded, solution-oriented and capable decision-maker, and you stand out through great linguistic competence which you skillfully master both orally and in writing. Your way of working is efficient and autonomous. You will receive a lot. SVA Zurich is the competence center for social insurance.
