The selected candidate will be responsible for the pricing and trading of structured products across various asset classes, both on exchanges and over-the-counter. The role involves collaboration with internal and external stakeholders and requires a high degree of analytical, problem-solving, and interpersonal skills. What you will do • Continuously monitor and manage the risks resulting from the issuance and trading activity of structured products. • Participate in market-making for structured products. • Manage relationships with third-party banks and execute orders with them. • Proactively collaborate with the sales team and other internal stakeholders to provide high-quality customer service and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements. • Participate in the development of trading infrastructure to improve risk management automation and the overall scalability of the trading platform. What you will need • Bachelor's or master's degree in finance or a related field, with a preference for a relevant postgraduate qualification (e.g., CFA, FRM). • Previous professional experience in a similar role. • A solid understanding of derivatives and structured products. • The ability to work independently, accurately, and under pressure in a dynamic environment. • Strong analytical and quantitative skills. • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. • Advanced knowledge of Python and understanding of price contribution are a major asset. • Proficiency in English, with knowledge of German or Italian.
