Our client is a specialized civil engineering company in the Greater Zurich area. The company realizes demanding excavation pits in complex geological and geometric conditions. To strengthen the team, we are looking for a committed personality as a Construction Manager / Civil Engineer (m/f).

Job Description

• Independent management and coordination of demanding civil engineering projects
• Planning, organization and supervision of construction sites
• Responsibility for deadlines, quality and costs
• Coordination of employees, subcontractors and suppliers
• Cooperation with clients, planners and other project participants
• Creation and control of measurements, invoices and construction site documentation
• Ensuring occupational safety and quality standards
• Technical and organizational support of projects from preparation to completion

Requirement Profile

• Completed training as a Construction Manager, Civil Engineer or comparable qualification in the construction industry
• Professional experience in civil engineering, special foundation engineering or in construction management is an advantage
• Good technical understanding and strong organizational skills
• Independent, structured and solution-oriented way of working
• Sense of responsibility and enjoyment of demanding projects
• Good communication and teamwork skills
• Good German skills in spoken and written form
• Category B driver's license is an advantage
