Electrical Specialist as DEPARTMENT HEAD "Electrical Workshop" Your tasks: Overall responsibility for the company's special area, coordination of all business activities in the electrical service area Technical and personnel leadership of a team of around five specialists and experienced electrical professionals Development, implementation and support of simple to very complex internal projects within the operation (electrical supply concepts, order planning), monitoring of all electrical installations Single Point of Contact for all specific questions from branch offices and project managers as well as intensive process support at the project locations in the region Interdisciplinary cooperation within the whole company for special tasks, close contact with the site management Your profile: Technical training in the electrical field with possible further professional training, possibly additional training towards business administration and/or management Several years of professional practical experience in the electrical installation environment (advantageous in the operation and/or on specific projects and/or general customer service) Track record of performance in a specialist and, if possible, leadership task of a demanding company in the building technology, industrial or construction industry German as a native language, knowledge of a second national language or English is an advantage, high organizational and leadership competence Ideally good knowledge of the local market situation and the regional environment, willingness to travel in the region, explicit desire for further development Can I inspire you to take on a decisive role in a multicultural and competent company?
