Technical Site Manager
Your challenge
Operation of building technology systems
Completion or organization of repair and maintenance work on building technology systems and facilities
Carrying out technical inspection rounds in the assigned objects
Management and updating of the operating documentation in the CAFM system (CAFM: Computer Aided Facility Management)
Accompanying and verifying the services of third-party contractors
Fault analysis and fault rectification
Performance of on-call service
Your profile
Completed vocational training as a building technician in the HVACSE area, specialist in facility maintenance
Initial professional experience in a similar field of activity
Proficient German language skills, any additional language is an advantage
Good IT knowledge
Knowledge of fire protection is an advantage
Resilient and reliable personality
Independent and service-oriented way of working
Sense of safety, cleanliness and openness
Flexibility and willingness to travel
Readiness for on-call duty
Driver's license category B
