Tasks ##

• You ensure high-quality care according to current nursing and treatment standards and, as the person responsible for the day, undertake the efficient delegation of tasks to employees of different competence levels.
• In daily nursing care, you take responsibility for complex nursing situations and, as a primary caregiver, are the central contact person for relatives and third parties.
• You support, accompany, and promote apprentices and students from various educational areas in the health and social services sector on their way to developing their competencies.
• You contribute your own ideas and take co-responsibility for the implementation of departmental goals.
• You make an important contribution to ensuring high quality of care and actively promote interdisciplinary cooperation.

Profile ##

• Empathic personality with a strong orientation towards people
• Enthusiasm for independent work, combined with team spirit and commitment
• Completed training as a nursing professional (HF/FH/DNII) with SRK recognition for diplomas from abroad
• Excellent German language skills in speaking and writing as well as excellent communication skills
• Strong sense of responsibility, the ability for networked thinking, and high resilience
