For the Tax I area, we are looking for reinforcement immediately or by arrangement.

Tasks ##

• You will take over the personnel and professional management of a team of nine employees and are responsible for ensuring the qualitative and quantitative completion of work regarding tax collection, assessment and tax return procedures, including deregistration abroad.
• You plan the assignments of the employees and, if necessary, organize deputy services for the customer zone together with the team management of the team.
• You conduct team meetings independently and actively participate in team leader meetings.
• You support the department head in his leadership tasks.
• You contribute actively to the strategic further development of the area, engage in cross-departmental projects and take responsibility for the promotion and development of your directly subordinate employees.

Profile ##

• We are addressing persons with a university of applied sciences degree or equivalent training and / or work experience as well as profound knowledge of the Zurich tax system. You have preferably acquired this at a municipal tax office.
• Leadership and project experience are a great advantage, but not a condition.
• You convince through communication skills, presence and the ability to act calmly, solution-oriented and decisively even in demanding situations.
• You possess team and integration skills, sensitivity to people and situations and maintain an open communication style.
• You strive to develop yourself and your team personally and professionally and to promote the tax specialists in their development.
• In addition to your flair for numbers, you can express yourself proficiently in German, both orally and in writing.
• Your strengths include commitment, perseverance, independence as well as the ability to think beyond your own area of responsibility. Conscious time and self-management is a matter of course for you. In addition, you are characterized by a high degree of readiness and openness to change in order to react flexibly and proactively to challenges.
