Specialist Digitalization, 80-100 %

To support our Quality and Development staff, we are looking for a Specialist Digitalization starting 1 November 2026 or by arrangement. In this independent specialist function, you will assume central technical responsibility for digitalization at Fachschule Viventa and play a decisive role in shaping its further development.

Tasks ##

• You are responsible for project management in the field of digitalization, manage the project portfolio, and take on the leadership of projects and sub-projects.
• You implement customer- and impact-oriented concepts and tasks in the field of digitalization and ensure their implementation and high-quality application in operational operations.
• You independently prepare analyses and reports in the heterogeneous environment of Fachschule Viventa as well as decision-making bases for the Department Head and Executive Management regarding the objectives, prioritization, and implementation of digitalization projects.
• You advise on matters of digitalization and collaboration, initiate continuing education impulses, and undertake the associated operational and administrative tasks. You also observe relevant developments as well as the market for software and web services.

Profile ##

• HF/FH degree in Business Informatics or equivalent training or further education in digitalization and/or project management as well as corresponding professional experience
• Very good and broad IT knowledge and competencies including UX experience as well as broad program knowledge (e.g., M365, databases, CMS systems)
• Several years of experience and leadership competence in cross-functional digitalization and IT projects, ideally in the environment of administration or the educational landscape
• Very good communication and presentation skills, confident expression in German as well as the ability to visually represent relevant messages in a target-group-oriented manner
• Proactive, networked-thinking and acting personality with a target-group-oriented appearance, clear focus on the matter, rapid comprehension, assertiveness, negotiation skills and persuasiveness
