To support our Quality and Development staff, we are looking for a specialist digitalization 80-100% as of 1 October 2026 or by arrangement Tasks ## • You are active in project management in the field of digitalization and work on projects or take over their (sub-)project management. • You implement customer- and impact-oriented concepts and tasks in the field of digitalization and ensure their implementation and high-quality application. • You develop basics, analyses and reports in the heterogeneous environment of Fachschule Viventa as well as decision-making bases for the Department Head and Management regarding the objectives, prioritization and implementation of digitalization projects. • You advise and initiate further training impulses in relation to digitalization and collaboration. This also includes trend scouting in the field of work and market observation regarding software and web services. Profile ## • HF-/FH degree in Business Informatics or equivalent training or further education in digitalization and/or project management desired • Very good and broad IT knowledge and competencies including UX experience as well as broad program knowledge (e.g. M365, databases, CMS systems) • Leadership competence for cross-disciplinary IT projects, ideally in the environment of administration or the educational landscape • Very good communication and presentation skills, stylish expression in German as well as the ability to visualize relevant messages in a target-group-oriented manner • Proactive, networked-thinking and acting personality with a target-group-oriented appearance, clear focus on the matter, rapid comprehension, assertiveness, negotiation skills and persuasiveness We offer ## A varied activity at the pulse of the time, with the opportunity to help shape the school, further training opportunities and the chance to contribute your innovative, conceptual, organizational, digital and communicative strengths.
