YOUR MISSION
You advise our customers personally and professionally on pension, retirement, savings, and family protection – always with an open ear for individual needs
With targeted cross-selling and sound specialist knowledge, you strengthen customer loyalty and pinpoint suitable solutions
You acquire new customers through your own initiative, recommendations, and your active network – in doing so, you also represent our company at trade fairs, lectures, and sales campaigns
Together with colleagues in the sales network, you develop strategies for market development and use synergies
You conduct advisory discussions personally – with empathy, tact, and a clear view of the needs of your interlocutors
You handle administrative follow-up such as CRM maintenance, offers, and appointment management efficiently and precisely

Your Competencies
You have excellent written and spoken German skills – good French skills are a plus
You are characterized by sound knowledge in the areas of pension, savings, and life insurance, as well as the Swiss pension market
With your communication and negotiation security, you build sustainable customer relationships
Customer orientation, initiative, and entrepreneurial thinking are among your strengths
You work precisely, responsibly, and bring experience in dealing with CRM and digital acquisition tools, as well as knowledge of tax issues related to pensions and the ability to analyze financial situations

Your Education
You have completed basic training
A certificate as «Versicherungsvermittler/-in VBV» is mandatory
An IAF diploma or an equivalent qualification is an advantage
