For this exciting operational setup, we are looking for the spring for a ### Your tasks • You take on the professional responsibility and organization of the reception • You are responsible for shift planning, coordination and guidance of the team including induction of new employees • You ensure the compliance and further development of quality standards • You reliably and competently take over the management of the telephone switchboard • You take over the administrative admission of patients as well as work within the framework of patient master data management • You support the nursing service on the ward with administrative activities • You are responsible for ordering office, laboratory and consumable materials as well as recording requirement notifications • You independently coordinate and arrange internal transport service orders • The coordination of appointments is within your area of responsibility • You ensure the reliable distribution of incoming mail • You process admissions and discharges efficiently and carefully in an administrative manner Your profile • You have training as a medical secretary and/or corresponding clinical/medical professional experience • Stylish German language skills and sound knowledge of medical terminology characterize you • You convince with your reliable, resilient and empathetic personality as well as a careful and structured way of working, as well as with your high sense of quality and responsibility Your future with us • Perspective-rich and easily accessible workplace - in a collegial environment with clear structures, competent managers and appreciative communication • Real benefits instead of empty buzzwords - with paid changing time, 28 days of vacation as well as numerous internal and external discounts and offers.
