Our Spitex customer has a service mandate from the City of Zurich and is open to all people in need of support. The organizations support around 10`000 customers annually. For the customers of the Somatic/Memory Care Team, you are an important part of their everyday life and actively help to shape it.

Job Description ##

• Independent nursing and care of clients in their homes
• Implementation of basic care and support in everyday life
• Taking over medical-technical measures within your own area of competence
• Observation of health status and recognition of changes
• Professional documentation of the nursing services provided
• Support in the implementation of the nursing process
• Promotion of the independence and quality of life of the clients
• Close cooperation with qualified nursing professionals, relatives, and other specialist agencies
• Responsible handling of the individual situation and the needs of the clients
• Independent organization and implementation of the planned assignments
• Ensuring professional and appreciative care on-site

Requirement Profile ##

• Completed training as a Healthcare Specialist EFZ (FaGe).
• Empathy and joy in dealing with people.
• Strong social competence.
• Resilience, flexibility, and ability to work in a team.
• Knowledge of IT/PC applications.
• Good German language skills in speaking and writing.
