IT System Engineer, 80-100 %

We are looking for reinforcement for our team as of 1 November 2026 or by arrangement.

Tasks ##

• Ensuring stable and secure IT operations, including monitoring, analysis, and troubleshooting.
• Taking over 2nd/3rd-level support for the specialist applications as well as close cooperation with internal departments and external partners.
• Participation in the conception, maintenance, and further development of the system landscape (incl. backup, security, and documentation) and of interfaces between applications.
• Monitoring of interfaces as well as creation and execution of data imports and exports.
• Identification of optimization potential and continuous improvement of processes and standards.
• Development of fundamentals and concepts for upcoming IT projects and participation in larger IT specialist projects.

Profile ##

• Higher technical college in the field of informatics
• At least three years of experience as an IT System Engineer and in IT support
• Certification according to ITIL, knowledge of project management methods (Hermes)
• Very good Microsoft database and server knowledge
• Experience in public administration is an advantage
